PXI Automotive Spain Barcelona SLU invests in two new automated lines for e-motor balance rings and secures Large-scale orders with American OEM.

众捷汽车巴塞罗那基地近日完成两条全自动化电驱平衡环生产线的安装，专注于为电动汽车驱动系统提供关键零部件。这一战略布局既体现了众捷在电动出行领域的技术实力，也响应了全球新能源汽车市场对高品质零部件日益增长的需求。

As part of PXI Automotive’s continued commitment to technological innovation and operational excellence, PXI Automotive Spain Barcelona SLU has successfully installed two fully automated production lines dedicated to the manufacturing of balance rings for electric motor (e-drive) applications. This strategic investment supports the company’s growing role in the e-mobility sector and aligns with the increasing global demand for high-quality components used in electric vehicles.

该项目在中国苏州众捷汽车总部的紧密协同下完成。技术知识交流是关键环节，双方团队密切合作近一年，期间派遣技术人员赴西班牙支持设备安装、调试及产能爬坡，确保生产顺利高效启动。

The installation was carried out through close coordination with PXI Headquarters in Suzhou, China. A critical element of this project was a technical knowledge exchange program, in which teams from both locations collaborated intensively for nearly a year. This included sending technicians abroad to support the setup, configuration, and ramp-up of the equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to production.
