近日，苏州众捷汽车零部件股份有限公司（股票代码：301560）赢得国内头部新能源OEM客户青睐，成功获得热泵集成模块产品的定点合作。此次合作标志着众捷汽车在新能源热管理领域的技术实力再获市场认可。

PXI（Stock Code: 301560） has successfully secured a four-product cooperation agreement with a top domestic new energy OEM customer for the heat pump integrated module components. This cooperation marks another recognition of PXI's technical strength in the field of new energy thermal management by the market.

项目预计于2025年年底正式开始量产。据初步预估，生命周期内年均需求量30万套。

The project is expected to officially enter mass production (SOP) on end of 2025. Preliminary estimates that the average annual demand over the product life cycle will reach 300,000 sets.

这四款产品构造精密，由阀岛、胶管、硬管、法兰等组件经焊接装配而成。值得一提的是，其中关键的阀岛、硬管及法兰等部件，均由PXI凭借自身强大的生产能力自主制造，有力保障了产品质量与供应稳定性。为确保产品的高精度与一致性，众捷采用多工位自动焊接机进行智能化焊接作业，大幅提升生产效率和工艺稳定性。同时，项目配套的夹具设计与制造由PXI全资子公司全程负责，进一步强化了公司在生产环节的自主可控能力。

These four products are intricately constructed, assembled through welding of components such as valve housing, rubber tube, Al pipes, and flanges. Notably, key components like valve housing, all pipes, and flanges are all independently manufactured by PXI, leveraging its strong production capabilities, which effectively guarantees product quality and supply stability. To ensure high precision and consistency, PXI employs multi-station automatic welding machines for intelligent welding operations, significantly enhancing production efficiency and process stability. Additionally, the design and manufacturing of the project's fixtures are fully handled by PXI's wholly owned subsidiary, further strengthening the company's autonomous control over the production process.
