Following a highly positive strategic agreement, PXI Automotive Spain Barcelona SLU has acquired three advanced deep drawing presses, each equipped with innovative technology to produce inserts in a single shot, including integrated knurling. This new capability significantly broadens the company’s production portfolio without impacting cycle times.

The new production system optimizes both material consumption and manufacturing efficiency, delivering up to a 50% cost reduction compared to traditional two-step processes, and up to three times greater cost efficiency versus turned parts.

PXI Automotive Spain Barcelona SLU has already secured “Nomination Letters” from a leading French Tier-1 Customer for the production of over 10 million inserts using these enhanced capabilities. Additional large-scale orders from other Tier-1 Customers are expected in the coming months, further reinforcing PXI’s leadership and innovation in the European market.
